Replenishment & Supply Chain Manager

**Description**:
This role is directly accountable for product availability and inventory management for Skip Express Lane (eCommerce Microfulfillment Centres) across Canada. Primary objective of the role is to ensure eCommerce availability (in-stocks) through both supply planning as well as demand forecasting in partnership with Merchandising and Promo Planning as well as inventory allocation based on site capacity. Key performance metrics include eCommerce Availability, Working Capital, DOH (Days on Hand) and the support of merchandising order volume growth.
**What's On Your Plate**:
- Working with the Merchants, directly responsible for supply planning to replenish goods according to GMV, Order Volume (OV) projection plans.
- Partner with Promo Planning, Marketing and Merchants to forecast demand (and in turn supply plan) for promo activities while maintaining close ties with the fulfillment stores to account for site capacity.
- Work closely with the Central Operations to understand each Fulfillment Store capacity, velocity/throughput, dwelling time, and key categories to optimize owned network vs. 3PL and improve cost per case.
- Manage ‘Flow' across the network between suppliers, 3PL, DC and Fulfillment Sites to drive capacity efficiencies in fulfillment stores.
- Drive supplier performance for service levels (On-Time-In-Full) to drive in-stocks, and ensure availability of KVIs through rapid replenishment using secondary source and/or substitution products.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies across merchandising/promo planning, logistics, and supplier/3PL community that drives availability, DOH performance, and Working Capital.
- Support the merchants and the Fulfillment Stores by improving the Sell-In and Sell-Out forecast accuracy to drive both inbound profitability and 3PL cost per case.
**Recipe For Success**:
- 2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain or Replenishment in a Retail Environment (Grocery or Perishable experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Merchandise Management System (MMS) such as JDA, Blue Yonder, or equivalent system.
- Solid Experience in both supply and demand planning.
- Education in Supply Chain, Business or related field - APICS, SCMP designation considered an asset.
