The Storage Box is a leading provider of storage solutions for homes and businesses. With a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, The Storage Box has established itself as a trusted name in the portable storage industry.

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at The Storage Box. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of various locations to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all business activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective operational strategies and plans to meet business objectives and customer requirements.
- Oversee the management of all drivers and facility management
- Ensure that all operations are carried out in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the company's facilities, equipment and boxes.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of employees to achieve organizational goals.
- Travel between our locations on a regular basis.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in management
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
