**The Opportunity**
We are looking for an accomplished Receptionist to join our Operations team as part of our financial services business in Montreal.

As part of our Montreal team you will:
- Monitoring and coordinating distribution of all incoming mail
- Answering all incoming calls to the switchboard and transferring calls as necessary;
- Supporting onsite Security with management of new staff starters, clients and any visitors to the office;
- Distributing building access cards and maintaining security logs as required;
- Assisting staff with any stationary queries and requests
- Assisting with equipment and premises issues
- Managing the conference room facilities and ensuring all client meetings are professionally organized
- Assist with day to day business operations: making sure that all day to day operations are running smoothly and effectively
- Provide high-level customer service in response to all escalated requests
**What You Bring**
- 2+ years relevant experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Equivalent post-secondary education

- suivre et coordonner la distribution de l’ensemble du courrier entrant;
- répondre à tous les appels entrants au standard et transférer les appels au besoin;
- transférer les courriels aux boîtes de réception partagées - assurer la liaison avec le représentant des principales équipes pour résoudre les questions en temps opportun;
- soutenir la sécurité sur place en gérant les nouveaux membres du personnel, les clients et tous les visiteurs du bureau;
- distribuer les cartes d’accès de l’immeuble et tenir à jour les journaux de sécurité, s’il y a lieu;
