Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) réceptionniste dynamique et professionnel(le) pour se joindre à notre équipe spécialisée en assurance voyage. Ce poste à temps plein est idéal pour une personne organisée, proactive et dotée d’un excellent sens du service à la clientèle.

Responsabilités principales
- Répondre aux appels entrants, filtrer, transférer ou prendre les messages
- Ouvrir les dossiers clients au besoin
- Fournir des informations de base par téléphone ou courriel
- Trier et distribuer les courriels reçus quotidiennement
- Coordonner les rappels aux agents

Profil recherché
- Expérience en tant que réceptionniste ou dans un rôle similaire
- Excellente maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office
- Solides compétences en communication orale et écrite
- Sens de l’initiative et capacité à résoudre les problèmes
- Très bonne organisation, gestion du temps et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches
- Expérience en service à la clientèle (minimum 1 an)
- Diplôme d’études secondaires (obligatoire)
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais) requis

**Job Posting - Receptionist (Travel Insurance)**

Remote Work | Start Date: July 7, 2025 | Duration: Approximately 7 months (July 2025 - January 2026)

About the Role

We are looking for a professional and dynamic receptionist to join our travel insurance team. This full-time position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and has a strong customer service mindset.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer, screen, transfer, or take messages from incoming calls
- Open client files as needed
- Coordinate follow-up calls for agents

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma (required)
- Bilingual (French and English) - required
