The Finnovate.io team is growing again, and we’re seeking a hard-working, motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate.

**Your Role**:
Regular duties may include but are not limited to:

- Lead Generation,
- Prospecting,
- Event planning,
- Attend trade shows, industry events and client visits across North America
- Content creation and management (blog posts, LinkedIn, etc.),
- Providing market research/intelligence as needed

**Your Qualifications**:
Minimum requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in business, communications, or marketing-related field
- Basic understanding of business operations and sales cycles
- Well-versed in basic technology (Microsoft office suite, GSuite, CRM)
- Demonstrated understanding of out-bound and in-bound sales strategies
- Some experience with content creation
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Fluent in English

Nice-to-haves:

- Event planning experience
- Some knowledge of SEO/SEM
- 1-2 years experience in a professional sales or marketing environment
- Proficient in creating written copy
- Fluent in French
