**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the onsite Compass lead, the Receptionist is responsible for establishing a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for all clients, executives, and staff members at a leading technology and consulting firm in downtown Ottawa.

Now, if you were to come on board as our **R**eceptionists**, we'd ask you to do the following for us:

- Provide engaging and personalized corporate hospitality service
- Ensure the seamless execution of internal &e external meetings and events
- Greet/direct employees and visitors, answer general inquires, assist in resolving issues/concerns
- Manage meeting room calendars, schedule audio-visual equipment, and train end-users
- Setup and cleanup of catering/refreshment orders
- Sort mail and update folders with staff changes
- Light housekeeping duties as required

Position Requirements:

- Relevant post-secondary education and 1-year of experience in office administration considered a strong asset.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to learn and be cross-functional
- Technical inclination and basic knowledge of office systems and hardware preferred
- Strong skills in time management, organization, and project management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Systems
