Responsibilities:
We are looking for a receptionist to manage our front desk and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our company. Therefore your personality should shine through.
Tasks include:
- Serves clients by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Schedule all appointments for clients.
- Manage the cash, all expenses and costs.
**Requirements**:
- 1 year of experience as a Receptionist
- Interest in hair & beauty industry
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Knowledge of Google Drive.
- Solid written and verbal communicate skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Customer Service Attitude
**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time
