- Assist with scanning, filing, retrieving/sending documents to storage
- Support Corporate and Estates groups with document preparation, recordings, registrations, etc.
- Other administrative support tasks as needed

We are looking for the following skills in this role:

- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong drive to learn and support the team
- Law Clerk or Paralegal Diploma
- Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is an asset

This is a hybrid role that will require attendance 2-3 days per week in our Toronto Downtown office.
