**Remote Position**

**ACHKAR LAW **is an employment, labour, and human rights law firm helping both employees and employers with all workplace-related issues.

We are looking to add 1 or 2 law clerks (with a minimum of 3 years of experience) to help with our busy practice.

**Duties include**:

- Draft / Review documents, including correspondence, pleadings, mediation briefs, affidavits of documents,
- Help lawyers manage file carriage and sticking to strict timelines,
- Prioritize files and handle sensitive information in a time-sensitive manner
- Communicate with clients and outside counsel professionally and with courtesy

**Qualifications**:

- Law clerk experience in a litigation firm for a minimum of 3 years.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
