**Overview**

**Duties**
- Sourcing and purchasing equipment, materials and supplies for HVAC projects. This includes negotiating with suppliers, managing inventory and ensuring timely delivery.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery time, and service.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs and provide support.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
- Analyze market trends to identify potential opportunities for cost savings or improvements in procurement processes.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of HVAC terms/materials/equipment - preferred
- Experience as a Procurement Coordinator or in a similar role within the industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess supplier performance and market conditions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
