**Inside Sales Procurement Coordinator**

**As our Inside Sales Procurement Coordinator, you will work with our Procurement team to source materials and services for KPIC and actively promote growth for KPIC’s procurement parts and equipment.**

**Position Overview**:

- Preparation and administration **of procurement documents including RFB’s, PO’s and subcontracts**.
- **Provide sourcing support to the KPIC team, ensuring materials are procured and available in accordance with project schedules.**:

- **Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders**, subtrades and project team participants.
- Negotiate pricing with vendors as required.
- Inside Sales** **-** Promote KPIC Procurement directly to new and existing customers** with the goal of building customers relations and increasing sales.

**Qualifications Needed**:

- A clear communicator offering creative solutions while **managing tight deadlines and critical project details**.
- **Comprehensive knowledge of industrial/mechanical equipment is required**.
- High attention to detail and highly organized with **strong time management and prioritization skills**.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite.
