Then we have a permanent full-time position for a professional individual like yourself. We are looking for an **Estimator** If you are hard-working, passionate, and determined, then Capital Automotive Group is for you

**Duties and responsibilities**

  • Inspect vehicles and write damage appraisals
  • Handle all appraisals, work authorizations, repair orders, supplements and warranties when dealing with the customer, striving to maintain and improve closing ratio for the company
  • Maintain ongoing communication with adjuster, production staff, and customers regarding repair status
  • Interact with customers and understanding their requirements
  • Meet with customer when picking up vehicle to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Give suggestions and recommendations to customers regarding their vehicle
  • Estimate the cost and the time for the repair/up-gradation of the vehicle
  • Coordinate work processes with the technicians and other departments of the organization
  • Keep up with market trends and prices and competitor strategies
  • Negotiate prices with customers
  • Follow automobile industry safety norms and standards
  • Take telephone inquires and queries of customers
  • Make evaluating reports for the establishment and attend the training process for new products

**Qualifications**

  • At least one year of direct experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines
  • Sound understanding of all automotive functionalities\
  • Ability to negotiate with clients
