**What You’ll Do**:

- Assist journeyman technicians in all aspects of auto body repairs — dent removal, sanding, masking, and panel preparation
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicle components as needed for repair and refinishing
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Learn to use, maintain, and troubleshoot body shop tools and equipment
- Collaborate closely with painters and technicians to ensure quality results and efficient workflow
- Follow all safety protocols and manufacturer repair standards

**What You Bring**:

- Enrolled or completed 1st or 2nd-year Auto Body Apprenticeship (or equivalent experience in a prep/refinishing role)
- A genuine passion for automotive repair and a desire to build a long-term career in the trade
- Keen attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Ability to take direction, work in a team, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift, stand, and move throughout the day
- Valid driver’s license
