**Responsibilities**:

- Accurate ordering of parts as outlined by Repair Planners and Estimators
- Ensure parts required for repair arrive within specified timelines
- Receive, inspect, and mirror match parts for quality and accuracy in preparation for technician installation
- Coordinate and communicate with the body shop team on parts availability, arrival estimates, and delays
- Ensure parts are organized and stored in a safe manner and supports overall shop efficiency
- Connect with SGI salvage for claims checks on used parts
- Build and maintain positive relationships with various vendors to help secure the best product at the best price
- Accurate processing of invoices with their respective work orders
- Process returns and credits for damaged or incorrect parts
- Support overall body shop efficiency and safety

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in automotive parts and/or inventory management is preferred
- Proven talent to balance multiple competing priorities without missing a beat
- Strong time management skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proven communications skills - written and verbal - to both understand and clearly convey messages
- Proficient use of computer software and CRM systems
- Ability to effectively resolve problems and maintain a strong attention to detail
- Thrive in a team-based work environment and motivated to assist the team where possible
- Must be able to regularly lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
