**EL Sales Support Specialist - Configuration & Quotation Sales Support Specialist**:

**Your responsibilities**:

- Provide product solutions, technical support, and competitor cross references
- Ensure timely and accurate creation of tender documents through coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Issue responses to RFI/RFQ requests from customers
- Prepare proposals in response to customer RFPs
- Contribute to an effective and positive customer relationship throughout the sales process
- Create, maintain, and follow up on opportunities in Salesforce
- Examine and report on the results of tenders and identify areas for improvement to increase success

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of low voltage distribution systems
- Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, & ERP Platforms (an asset)
- Strong ability to interpret single line diagrams
- Demonstrate a high level of initiative, and the ability to manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously with a collaborative, solution-focused and detail-oriented approach
- Fluency in both English and French, both written and spoken
