Quality Assurance Specialist

**Fuller Industrial Corporation**, a world supplier of carbon steel process piping systems, specializing in corrosion and abrasion resistant linings, rubber, and ceramic lining is recruiting for our Sudbury, Ontario Plant.
This role supports our Sudbury operations by ensuring our quality processes are followed and documented to ensure we supply “on spec” products to our customers.
- Audit, monitor, and document quality processes
- Confirm that all product has been tested and falls within standards
- Work with the front-line workers to ensure quality processes are being followed and make suggestions for improvement based on their feedback
- Initiate and follow up on non-conformance reports, corrective actions, and preventative actions
- Find and solve quality problems through root cause analysis and corrective action reports
- Manage all ISO reporting, training, and related administrative tasks
- Maintain quality records and provide analytical reports using data
**Knowledge, skills, and abilities**:
**Required**:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication, planning, organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to read, interpret and ensure compliance with relevant specifications and standards of customers, government, and various governing bodies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, with an emphasis in Excel and Microsoft Teams
- Proven track record of taking initiative, driving new initiatives, and meeting deadlines
**Preferred**:
- CWB Welding Inspector Certification,
- NACE Certification
- Formal ISO training and certification
