**Outdoor Marketing Representative**

Humber Student Painters is a home improvement company based in Etobicoke, Ontario. We provide a team-based environment with a strong emphasis on personal growth and development. **Role Overview**

Team members are responsible for explaining our services to homeowners, scheduling free estimates, and building rapport at the door. This is a door-to-door canvassing role offering free interior and exterior painting and staining estimates. Full training is provided on pitching, objection handling, and booking estimates.

**Job Requirements**

- Comfortable working independently and in a team
- Customer service, sales, or marketing experience is an asset but not required

- 12-20 hours per week, flexible schedule with 3-4 hour shifts

**What It Takes**
- Minimum of 2 canvassing shifts per week (3-4 hours each)
- Weekly check-ins with a manager or coach

- Access to a vehicle or reliable transportation

**Compensation**
- $18-30 per hour
- Results-based pay and incentives

No experience necessary. Training is provided.
