**NOTE**: This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Conducting outbound calls to develop and maintain new accounts
- Qualifying customers, verifying employment & credit status
- Listening and identifying the customer’s needs before educating and advising the customer on the best personal financing solution tailored to them.
- Collecting, organizing, and delivering all relevant customer information & documentation to our financial partners to expedite the pre-approval process
- Actively listening to customers and driving satisfaction through solution-based relationships
- Acquiring product line knowledge on all of Spring Financial's programs and educating clients on the best use of such programs.

**What You Should Already Have**:

- Entrepreneurial attitude with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment an asset
- Prior call center experience a plus, but not required
- Results-oriented, creative and charismatic with the desire to share a laugh or two with your teammates
- A diploma or degree and/or a combination of relevant experience

**What We Will Give You**:

- Full training by successful managers (all have done the job themselves) is provided at the beginning of your job and throughout your employment.

- Compensation: $40,000 Salary with projected total earnings of $45,000-75,000+ annually. (This is a typical average but, we do have top performers that are making more than $80,000+ annually)

This is a great opportunity to get started in the Finance industry as specific licenses or certificates are **not required** for this role.
