We are looking to expand our team and recruit a HR Generalist who will report into the Senior HR Manager - Americas for the Radiodetection group, this position will be responsible for Human Resources matters related to assigned employees in Canada and additional business units. You will be responsible for executing generalist HR activities such as recruiting, new hire processing, employee relations, salary planning, reporting, benefits, payroll etc. You will also be responsible for projects, as assigned, in areas such as, policy and procedure creation and HR continuous improvement as examples.

You will be the HR point of contact all Canadian employees so we require someone who’s able to draw on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. Strong verbal and written communications skills are essential as you’ll be performing a wide variety of complicated tasks including project management with a strong degree of creativity and latitude.

**Main skills required for the Human Resources Generalist role**:

- Demonstrable HR generalist experience in a commercial environment
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment that is fast paced and demanding
- Must be self-directed, have excellent initiative and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
