- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services that meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct analysis of customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing an excellent experience.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities, particularly in English, are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
