We are currently hiring Customer Service reps in the Brampton areaneed to come from Transportation in a LTL environment Temp-Perm KEYS TO FILLING: •3+ years of current Transportation Experience Customer Service position – MUST BE FROM LTL TRANSPORT, WILL NOT CONSIDER OTHER INDUSTRIES • Flawless Communication Skills• No job hoppers, stability on the resume • Strong understanding of LTL cross dock environment • Experience tracking and tracing freight in a fast paced environment Position Customer Service RepSalary 47,500-50K (Benefits, Opportunity to earn yearly bonus, and a pension package when hired on)present with expectations.Location Brampton Hours 7:30-9:30 Start times (They will stagger them in) – Fully Onsite We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced challenging role. You possess a “can do” attitude and have the ability to forge great relationships with customers. You are very organized, possess excellent attention to detail, have a strong work ethic and have the ability to follow up to conclusion. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 3+ years Transportation experience in an LTL environment Proven Customer Service skills Willing and able to be flexible High level data entry skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Excellent computer skills Reliable transportation Strong understanding of LTL cross dock environment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team player attitude Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to multi-task and be decisive Strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve Confidentiality in dealing with client information Ability to multi-task Exceptional time management skills Have good temperament to handle disputes and emergencies Must be result oriented DUTIES Ability to handle a high volume of incoming email and phone calls Track and trace customer orders Proactively manage your designated lane with the ability to report trends to management Possess a strong understanding of an LTL cross dock and staging environment Proactively provide a premium level of customer service to our customers, agents, and internal staff Investigate problems as they arise and successfully follow up through to resolution Project a positive and professional image and have the ability to interact with customers and other departments.
