**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and dispatch service calls, ensuring the right technician is assigned to each task.
- Follow up on service calls to ensure all issues are resolved and customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Manage and process service-related paperwork, including work orders, and ensure accurate handoffs to the accounting team.
- Prepare quotes for clients and follow up as necessary to ensure service requirements are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for service-related inquiries, scheduling, and operational coordination.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, field staff, and internal departments.
- Monitor service workflows to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, ideally in a service-oriented industry.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using service management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
