We are looking for a
**Service Coordinator / Dispatcher** to join our team This role is an integral part of our Service Department, consisting of full scope coordination around preventative maintenance programs, emergency service, scheduling technicians, administration, and most importantly ensuring our customers are left with a confident customer service experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and track all incoming service requests
- Assess customer needs and dispatch service calls to technicians based on priority.
- Execute and manage preventative maintenance programs to ensure completion by target dates.
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries regarding service call status.
- Effective communication with internal staff and customers to ensure quality customer service.
- Manage customer portals, ensuring service call are acknowledged and completed, following up on incomplete jobs.
- Price work orders for billing, invoicing in QuickBooks, and process and following up with Account receivables
- Costing and tracking projects
- Filing work orders to maintain accurate and complete records
- Reconcile technician work orders with timesheets
- Provide administrative assistance and back up support to the Operations Manager and Service Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient and in depth working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows
- Excellent communication and customer service skills over the phone and in person
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritize a heavy workload.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn
- Related experience working in dispatch or the mechanical trades preferred
