Revenue Operations Manager

We're a remote-first team, and contribution is more important than facetime, so where you choose to work is up to you, however we do require you to reside in Canada.
The Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for working alongside our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure they have the tools, processes, and data required to be successful and increase operational efficiencies.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Commerce, Marketing or Digital Marketing or another related discipline.
- A minimum two (2) years of experience in B2B Sales or Marketing Operations, preferably in a SaaS environment. Customer Success operations are a bonus
- In-depth knowledge of B2B Sales and Marketing Processes and Enablement with a strong analytical background.
- Experience with Sales and Marketing tools including (but not limited to): Hubspot (Marketing, Sales, and Operations Hub), Gong, Churnzero, digital ad platforms, and diverse datasets within Google Sheets.
- Working experience with Hubspot objects and object relationships, custom objects, and complex reporting, (HS Admin and Revenue Operations Certification is a bonus but not required)
- Experience in Marketing Automation best practices, including lead to revenue management, routing and processes, and campaign analysis.
- Experience working with BI tools, analyzing data, and extracting insights.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new and changing systems / tools.
- Experience conducting A/B tests and running experiments.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work with the leaders of the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to understand where we can automate manual processes, derive deeper insights from our existing data, and better enable our team members.
- Optimize the configuration and adoption of our revenue tech stack (ex. Hubspot, Gong, Churnzero) and provide support with training, onboarding, and enablement.
- Build workflows, dashboards, and reports that enable smooth data transfer across the revenue organization and provide us with deeper insight into our performance.
- Define and develop key sales development support systems/processes required to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve revenue attainment and market development objectives. This includes supporting the development of on-boarding programs, playbooks and ongoing training programs across sales, marketing and customer success.
- Attend and participate in forecast meetings supporting Sales Leadership in the weekly roll-up of their forecast.
- Working as part of the Sales Operations Team, you will provide decision support through actionable and insightful analytics to Sales leaders as well as directly to Sales Reps.
- Stay up to speed on best practices in the Revenue Operations world, including Account Based Life Cycles, lead routing, sales qualification methodologies, and more
