ResQ is looking for a data-driven Revenue Operations Manager to supercharge our GTM teams across the customer lifecycle—from sales to post-sales to marketing. You’ll be the operational backbone that ensures revenue-generating teams have the tools, data, processes, and training needed to perform at their best. You’ll lead our revenue reporting, sales tech stack, forecasting processes, enablement programs, and business reviews while working cross-functionally to drive insights, operational excellence and decision making.

**What you will do**:
As a Revenue Operations Manager at ResQ, you will be contributing in the following areas:
- ** Revenue Reporting & Analytics**:Lead company-wide revenue reporting and deliver real-time performance insights. Own the Weekly Business Review (WBR), analyze sales and customer data for trends and opportunities, and partner with Finance to refine forecasting models.
- ** Sales & Post Sales Operations**:Streamline and document sales processes, manage forecasting and pipeline health, track key metrics, and continuously improve playbooks, collateral, and handoffs for greater efficiency.
- ** Enablement & Training**:Develop and deliver training for sales and post-sales teams, review Gong calls for coaching, support onboarding and ongoing learning, and manage the sales demo environment with Product.
- ** Tech Stack Ownership**: Administer and optimize tools including Salesforce, Gong, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Notion, and Datalane. Train team members on sales tools to maximize usage and ROI. Evaluate and implement new tools to support growth and reduce operational friction.
- ** Strategic Projects & Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Align with Marketing on messaging and campaigns, partner with Product on launches and training, support post-sales team with dashboards and upsell execution, and assist leadership with planning and growth initiatives.
**Who you are**:
- 3-5 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or Sales Operations in a SaaS, Marketplace, or tech environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, reporting tools (Excel, Looker, or Power BI), and common sales enablement platforms.
- Strong ability to draw actionable insights from data and tell a story that drives decision-making.
- Passionate about building scalable and repeatable processes.
- Can clearly convey complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, post-sales, and Product.
