Econolease is looking for a Marketing & Office Coordinator to help us keep up with our growth. This individual will work in a variety of areas including planning events, coordinating tradeshows, liaising with our agency to coordinate design and production of marketing collateral, sell sheets, company swag. Additionally, the role will assist with office administration including opening the office daily, 9 to 5, collecting mail, coordinating travel, staff mobile phones, computers and other tasks as required.
This is an entry level role into a global company that is disrupting commercial lending and has been experiencing rapid growth. Lots of room to grow in the organization and lots of examples in the organization that prove that to be true.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Positive and go-getter attitude
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Calm and cool under pressure
- A get-it-done individual that doesn’t let small obstacles stand in the way
- Team-based approach to work and ability to work with multiple people on multiple projects.
- Motivation to complete assigned takes

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- College /or University
- Willingness to work hard and learn lots

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Exceptional problem solving skills
- Punctual with an ability to work towards and meet deadlines
- Ability to work at the office Monday to Friday
