Nicholby’s offers a turnkey solution for retail owners and operators with outstanding product selection and industry-leading support. **Role Overview**: This is a full-time on-site role as a Retail Marketing Coordinator at our Markham, ON location**.** Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the Retail Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and effective communication with stakeholders. From customer service to project coordination, this position requires attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering results. **Key Responsibilities**: **Customer Service**: - Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor management across Nicholby's stores. - Facilitate clear and timely communication with all stakeholders on operational matters. - Onboard new retailers into Nicholby's CRM system and coordinate vendor service sign-ups efficiently. - Manage incentive tracking and payout for retailers and sales representatives. - Ensure implementation and compliance with all vendor contractual obligations. **Marketing**: - Assist the Marketing Manager in maintaining and updating the Marketing Calendar for Convenience features. - Collaborate on promotion planning as requested, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Design and distribute marketing materials, including posters and signage allocation. - Attend relevant meetings with vendors to support marketing initiatives. **Project Coordination**: - Execute projects in a timely manner, ensuring all deliverables are met. - Procure necessary products and tools to facilitate project completion. - Develop manuals and guides for specific projects to streamline operations. **Reporting**: - Prepare ranking reports for vendors and manufacturers to evaluate performance. - Generate monthly, quarterly, and yearly analysis reports for convenience promos. - Compile weekly summaries and quarterly analysis reports for vendor services. - Present accurate and timely historical retailer and vendor information to the Finance team. **Other Responsibilities**: - Utilize Microsoft CRM, Microsoft Business Central, and Power BI platforms for reporting purposes. - Experience with Canva and Photoshop is an asset. - Coordinate the onboarding of new vendors into the POS system in collaboration with Finance. **Qualifications**: - Previous experience in retail operations or related field preferred. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel. - Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
