Join the ELA family We are seeking a Board Certified Behaviour Analysts to join our team. You will be joining our collaborative team and enthusiastic interdisciplinary team which includes Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Ontario Certified Teachers and Educational Assistants. Each of our team members work as part of a multidisciplinary team and plays a unique role in supporting our learners and families. Through compassion, understanding, and diligence, we provide families with constant support and relevant training to help their children.
- Conducting both functional and behavioral assessments
- Collecting and graphing data
- Providing hands on therapy to children in a variety of settings (1:1/in-home)
- Provide ideas and input for new programming and initiatives
- Taking part in the development and implementation of individual behavior plans with the therapists
- Reports to work on time and coordinates schedule to achieve maximum performance standards according to company guidelines
- Take on a training/mentoring role to new therapists
- Preparation and development of programs and materials
- Participation in team and parent meetings
- Demonstrates superior customer service through professionalism, courtesy, consistent and timely follow
- up, and positive communication

Qualifications and Skills:

- A Certified BCBA or BCBA-D
- 1-2 years of experience working as a BCBA
- Practical experience with direct interaction and ABA play therapy with children diagnosed with Autism
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent collaborative attitude and willingness to mentor new staff members
- Recent Police Check/Vulnerable Sector Screening (not older than 6 months)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $34.01-$75.53 per hour

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- primary care and/or community based setting: 1 year (preferred)
