**Responsibilities**:
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Pinnacle Support, your responsibilities will include:
Behavior Assessment: Conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify strengths, challenges, and areas for intervention.

Individualized Treatment Plans: Designing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings and evidence-based practices.

Data Collection: Utilizing data collection methods to monitor behavior and treatment progress, making data-driven decisions for intervention adjustments.

Behavior Modification: Implementing behavior modification techniques and strategies to promote positive behavioral changes and skill acquisition.

Parent and Caregiver Training: Collaborating with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to provide training and support for consistent implementation of behavior intervention plans.

Staff Training and Supervision: Providing training and supervision to behavior technicians and other staff members involved in direct client care.

Collaboration: Collaborating with other professionals, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators, to ensure comprehensive care and consistent strategies across settings.

Professional Development: Staying abreast of current research and best practices in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) through continuous professional development.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the position of BCBA at Pinnacle Support, you must meet the following requirements:
Board Certification: Possess a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience: (Specify years) of experience providing behavior analysis services to individuals with diverse needs and challenges.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of evidence-based practices in ABA and behavior analysis methodologies.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and colleagues.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise a team of behavior technicians effectively.

Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and stakeholders in a professional manner.

Ethics: Adherence to the ethical guidelines and standards set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $50.00 per hour
