We are looking for BCBA or BCBA-Ds to develop, oversee, and implement behaviour plans and programming based on ABA principles and following OAP guidelines. We are looking for BCBAs with interests and experience in youth and pediatric populations, writing Behaviour Support Plans and Safety Plans, working with high-risk interfering behaviours, conducting functional analyses, and a working knowledge of the Ontario Autism Program. You would be an awesome addition to our team if: - You have experience working within and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and are willing to share and learn from other disciplines - You have demonstrated skills and an interest in working with youth and pediatric populations - You have experience in a leadership capacity and are willing to provide mentorship and training to behaviour therapists and caregivers on program implementation - You love feeling in control of your clientele and schedule - You have a client-centred focused approach and have the ability to manage all aspects of a caseload, including, but not limited to, scheduling, billing, and managing budgets - You are willing to travel within the community to client homes to conduct assessments, observations, and therapy, as needed - You are comfortable with providing clinical supervision and training to behaviour therapist - You appreciate a tech-forward workplace because #efficiency **HOURS** 20/hrs per week with the potential for 40/hrs a week Flexible scheduling available with individual control over booking clients/availability **RATE OF PAY** Starting at $83.94 per billable hour Paid travel time for community visits **Requirements**: - Registration as a BCBA or BCBA-D with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board - A clear Criminal Record & Vulnerable Sector Check (within the last 12 months) - Proof of Professional Liability Insurance, or willingness to obtain - Valid CPR/First Aid Standard Level "C" certification - Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training within the last 5 years is considered an asset - Valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle with a willingness to travel within the community and to client's homes - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work both independently and as a part of a multidisciplinary team - Experience managing caseloads, budgeting appropriately, arranging schedules, and leading team meetings considered an asset - Bilingualism is an asset, but not required **Why Spark?** - Competitive compensation - Flexible caseload and schedule - Opportunities for growth and the potential to oversee the BCBA program - Access to mentorship and resources to support your practice - Access and administrative support for management softwares, online booking systems, and digital charting - Strong administrative support and clinical direction from an experienced team - Connection to Spark University, our sister non-profit organization, for support with professional development as an independent contractor, access to an online category of professional resources including assessments and templates to increase clinical performance and efficiency, and ongoing professional support. - 99% paperless Care is tailored to each person, so each position is unique.
