**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with meal preparation and ensure nutritional needs are met.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor client health conditions.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean living environment.
- Assist with mobility and heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring client safety at all times.
- Document daily activities and any changes in client condition for reporting purposes.
- Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals regarding client needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in home care, nursing home, or senior care is preferred.
- Knowledge of caregiving practices, including medication administration and meal preparation.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with mobility challenges.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to caregiving.
- Certification as a healthcare aid or relevant training in caregiving is a plus but required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A valid driver’s license required

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
