**SUMMARY**

The Quality Coordinator will work with the different leaders across the business to update and create Quality Management System (QMS) documentation. The coordinator will also ensure that ISO 9001 quality standards and procedures are met, comply with regulations and customer specifications.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Compliance**
- Ensure that all Company Procedures and Quality Policy are current
- Maintain statistics on nonconformances and report to stakeholders monthly
- Coordinate internal company quality audits for all branch locations across Canada. Each branch to be audited at least once during a three-year cycle
- Prepare for, and as required, participate in external company quality audits

**Business Partnering**
- Track and coordinate training related to quality, according to the applicable Training Matrix
- Track non-conformance reports (NCR), requests for corrective and preventive actions, and customer complaints
- Work with other departments to ensure resolution of non-conformances, including corrective action plans
- Work with vendors to ensure that they meet the organization's standards for quality

**Recordkeeping**
- Maintain current revisions of quality management system procedures and ensure accessibility for all employees.
- Maintain contractor management platforms (e.g. ISNetworld, Cognibox)
- Provide qualification documents required by our customers (e.g. questionnaires) in partnership with the Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor
- Assist with other administrative tasks, as needed

**WORKING CONDITIONS**

- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bilingual, both written and oral in English and French.
- Post-secondary Degree in Business Administration, Quality or a combination of experience and training, as applicable.
- Experience with Quality System ISO 9001.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Office 365 tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
