We are currently seeking a **Quality Coordinator **to be part of a Medioh team who takes pride in bridging the gaps between technology and strong human connections to enhance the trust and intimacy of patient care.
**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist the Quality Manager in order to develop, implement and maintain programs, methods and procedures to ensure that all materials, processes and products meet Company quality standards;
- Audit products procedures, routings, tasks, procedures, BOM and equipment;
- Facilitate training sessions on quality related standard operating procedures (SOP) and processes;
- Review, identify and resolve all the non-conformances related to the processes and products;
- Prepare and analyze the non-conformances statistical report;
- Develop and implement the corrective actions related to non-conformances;
- Record and analyze the customer’s complaints;
- Work closely with the Quality Manager to identify issues and make improvements;
- Assist the Quality Assurance team leader in implementing engineering change requests;
- Maintain the appropriate documentation to track that all required equipment is calibrated as per the industry standard.
**WHAT YOU WILL BRING**
- Must have 2 to 3 years of experience in a related field and/or Bachelor degree in a related field;
- Must have strong communication skills in English; French is an asset;
- Must have customer orientation and leadership skills to be able to coordinate ideas and resources to acheive goals;
- Basic understanding of document control and validation;
- Must have a safety focus for work environment;
- Must have good organizational skills and be able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment;
- Basic computers knowledge with proficiency in Excel (Formulas, VLookup);
- Experience with SAP is an asset;
- Must be analytical, detail-oriented, and creative and have a sense of confidentiality and responsibility.
