We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support the Commercial Sales Manager in driving data-driven decisions. The role focuses on creating, managing, and analyzing sales data to identify trends, measure performance, and optimize business strategies. This position will leverage tools like Excel, Power BI, and other data visualization platforms to provide actionable insights and facilitate informed decision-making.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Management and Analysis:

- Gather, clean, and organize sales data from various sources.
- Analyze data to identify sales trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
- Develop metrics and KPIs to track sales performance.
- Tenders, Market Price Management

Reporting and Visualization:

- Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets, charts, and dashboards to present data clearly.
- Utilize Power BI to build interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for management.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with the Commercial Sales Manager to identify data needs and support strategic planning.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to sales and leadership teams.
- Provide ad hoc reports and analysis to address specific business questions.

Process Optimization:

- Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency.
- Assist in developing processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Recommend improvements to data collection methods and tools.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

- Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a sales or commercial environment.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Business Central, experience in ERP Systems and advanced Excel (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Strong knowledge of data visualization and analysis tools.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and data integration tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
