Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

We’re looking for a **Shipping and Receiving Coordinator**to join our growing IT Distribution team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Receive/ shipping inbound and outbound shipments for IT Distribution.
- Verify quantities and match received quantities with Foreseeson PO. Notify suppliers / carriers of any discrepancy. Cc management team.
- Process packing slips received and create FedEx shipping labels.
- Managing IT Distribution inventories as required.
- In charge of IT Distribution Inventory.
- Prepare monthly inventory reports for all workorders.
- Prepare Bill of Lading / Shipping Manifest.
- Contact carriers and schedule dispatch for pick-up and delivery.
- Provide shipping estimates to IT Distribution Team upon request.
- Upon request from the IT Distribution Team, follow-up with suppliers regarding ETA’s and delivery status.
- Single point of contact to all the couriers.
- Follow-up deliveries.
- Process claims of loss/ missing parcels/ items.
- Coordinate shipping status with Account Managers.
- Organize stocks in West warehouse.
- Perform other duties/ tasks as assigned by the Management.
- Follow Company policies and workflows.
- Team Work.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum of 1 year experience in shipping and receiving.
- Forklift license an advantage.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work along with others.
- Prior‌ ‌experience‌ ‌and‌ ‌systems‌ ‌knowledge‌ ‌is‌ ‌preferred.
