**Job Overview**

Estimated 10-15 hours per week with flexibility for which days are worked and an opportunity for additional hours for vacation coverage.

**Duties**
- Perform data entry tasks for accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain organized records of financial documents and reports for easy retrieval.
- Collaborate with team members to support month-end closing processes and prepare financial statements.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments regarding financial inquiries and transactions.

**Qualifications**
- Previous accounting experience and tax return filing experience
- Strong mathematical skills with a keen attention to detail for accurate data entry and analysis.
- Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes is essential.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and other departments.
