**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests as they arrive and escort them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.
- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials.
- Answer phone calls with proper phone etiquette, taking reservations and addressing inquiries.
- Assist in managing the flow of guests during peak hours to ensure efficient service.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
**Skills**
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and staff.
- Experience in guest services or hospitality, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting.
- Ability to help create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Knowledge of food service operations and restaurant etiquette.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
