**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, who enjoy working with and helping people. Must be proficient in English both verbal and written (other languages an asset) and be able to perform physical requirements of the job.

Duties may include:

- Warmly greet and assist guests upon arrival and throughout the service.
- Guide families and guests to appropriate areas for services, viewings, and receptions.
- Offer condolences and support to grieving families and attendees.
- Ensure the funeral home is clean, organized, and prepared for services.
- Arrange seating and manage guest flow during services and visitations.
- Provide information about services and facilities to guests.
- Assist with any special requests or accommodations needed by families or guests.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Help with administrative tasks such as managing guest books and distributing service programs.
- Coordinate with funeral directors and other staff to ensure seamless service execution.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature.
- Ability to stand for long periods and assist with light lifting as needed.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A professional appearance and demeanor.
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 25 per week

**Experience**:
