**What you’ll do**
- Greet and welcome guests with enthusiasm, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
- Manage reservations and seating plans efficiently to optimize guest flow and minimize wait times.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about menu offerings and making reservations.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, fostering positive guest relations throughout their visit.
- Collaborate with team members to create a seamless dining experience for all patrons.

**Basic qualifications**
- Previous host/host experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.

**Preferred qualifications**
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Background in food service or hotel guest services is a plus.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
