**Reporting to**: _Service and Rental Manager_

The Rental Coordinator is responsible for all rental activity in their region. Based in our Burnaby office, you aim to be a reliable rental resource for external and internal customers. Your responsibilities include providing top-notch customer service with a positive attitude, maintaining existing business and seeking new business opportunities, optimizing the rental fleet's inventory, and being a good steward of the company’s rental fleet.

- Highly personable individual who enjoys engaging and communicating with customers
- Skilled in building strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive growth and contribute to the ongoing success of the Rental Team
- Excellent spoken and written English skills that allow you to communicate with a diverse range of customers effectively
- Ability to analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies for departmental growth
- Experience coordinating with other departments to achieve a collective goal
- Committed to continuous learning and growth and understand the importance of staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Experience working with CRM programs and related systems to capture important customer information and rental activity data
- Experience matching customer requirements with a diverse range of product in a rental environment
- Possess a working knowledge of rental fleet management and operations
- Must possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related science discipline
- Previous experience in a rentals department is an advantage and asset for this position

**Responsibilities**:

- Work safely and in alignment with all health & safety regulations.
- Quote rates, deliveries, and terms to all customers and schedule a timely follow-up.
- Secure and fulfill orders, including creating and collecting the rental agreement, preparing the rental unit for shipping, and processing all rental invoices.
- Prep, maintain, and calibrate units as needed.
- Full participation in annual inventory counts and the reconciliation, including time required after the close of the typical business day and based on the needs of the business.
- Other duties as required by Hoskin management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$47,000.00 per year
