ABOUT THE ROLE
The Real Estate Marketing Coordinator will assisting in develop, implement and lead marketing strategies for the Topstream Group’s diverse portfolio, including real estate developments, project and construction management, Vasto Builders which specializes in the design-build for ourselves and for our government clients. This role involves building brand presence, engaging our target audience, and driving business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
General:
- Assisting in Develop and manage marketing strategies from planning to execution across all entities. This will vary from developing real estate strategies (such as rental lease ups plans, multi-family sales), to promoting projects and services (such as Vasto Builders' unique advantages in General Contracting and Design-Build ), across digital, print, and social media channels.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing and sales KPIs, and working closely with Sales to achieve targets.
- Manage technical professionals and creative partners (agencies, media, photographers, influencers), bringing together different disciplines to create highly engaging campaigns, and ensure marketing deliverables are on time, within budget.
- Plan and coordinate events including presentation center launches, media, realtor, promotional events, trade shows, and community outreach activities to increase brand visibility.
- Oversee the production of marketing collateral, including technical brochures, case studies, and digital content.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors, including agencies and media outlets.
- Maintain and enhance brand identity and awareness, ensuring all materials adhere to brand guidelines and reflect their innovative approaches.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting marketing successes and areas for improvement.
Real Estate Marketing Management:
- Launch new rental projects and set up leasing functions.
- Collaborate closely with sales to develop lease up strategies and achieve sales targets.
WHO YOU ARE
- Experienced Marketing Coordinator in lower mainland area, minimum of 2+ years experience working in a marketing manager or related role.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market, digital marketing expertise and sales/leasing expertise required.
- Proven experience in developing strategic plans, creating and delivering successful projects.
- Collaborative, creative, flexible, and innovative team player who has a strong work ethic; enjoys learning, advancing their skills and delivering their personal best.
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized, can manage and lead multiple projects.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Strong analytical and data-driven individual, with the ability to interpret and make data-backed decisions.
- Advanced technical skills using MS Suite, Adobe and other sales/marketing platforms.
Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
