The Human Resources Department provides high quality service to the group to achieve staff and service excellence. The incumbent is responsible for the organization, administration and implementation of a wide range of human resources programs, including Recruitment, Employee Orientation, Benefits, Communications and related Administrative duties. Total confidentiality is required for this position.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

- 2-4 years’ progressively responsible HR experience or similar role;
- Post-Secondary education in Human Resources or a related field;
- Demonstrated knowledge of Saskatchewan Employment Standards and Safety Legislation;
- Applicant Tracking System and recruitment
- Administrative experience and attention to detail;
- Strong ethics in regard to privacy, confidentiality and protecting the interests of the company;
- Excellent customer service skills to meet the requests of our team members;
- Compensation Knowledge and/or experience an asset;
- CHRP designation or working towards the designation would be considered an asset.
