In this role you will establish and maintain long-term trusting relationships, oversee a portfolio of customers, develop new business from current customers and actively seek new sales opportunities.
**What you bring**:
- Experience within the construction or interior design industry; ideally in a B2B
environment
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales
- Proven track record within sales or account management
- Ability to develop sales strategies, build solid pipelines and execute to maximize
profitability
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining a sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with multi channel sales
**What you will do**:
- Help develop and build a territory and create structure for future team growth
- Present product line and solutions to new customers
- Develop new business opportunities to meet sales quotas
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business
- Pierce current accounts to identify new sales opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Develop trustworthy relationships with clients, customers and key stakeholders
- Prepare reports on sales/account status
- Travel to client meetings
- Use Hubspot CRM to store customer information and keep track of progress

**Position Skills and Qualifications**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be based in Greater Toronto Area
- Responsible, professional and strong character.
- Minimum 2+ years of outside sales experience.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle.
- Legally allowed to work in Canada
- Experience in the construction or design industry would be considered an asset.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year
