**Job Overview**:
Join our team as a dedicated Basketball Coach and play a vital role in shaping the skills and confidence of our players. As a Basketball Coach, you will lead training sessions, develop game strategies, and inspire athletes to reach their full potential on and off the court.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance players' skills and performance.
- Create game plans and strategies to maximize player success during competitions.
- Provide constructive feedback to players to help them improve their techniques and understanding of the game.
- Motivate and inspire athletes to work collaboratively towards achieving team goals.
- Monitor players' progress, assess strengths and areas for improvement, and adjust coaching methods accordingly.
- Collaborate with assistant coaches, athletic trainers, and other staff members to ensure a cohesive team environment.
- Organize and oversee team practices, scrimmages, and other related activities.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Basketball Coach or player at a competitive level.
- Knowledge of basketball rules, techniques, and strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey instructions and feedback to players.
- Ability to encourage players on teamwork, sportsmanship, and discipline.
- Nice-to-have: Experience in fitness or ECE

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 15 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
