**Job Description**:
As a valuable member of the Raptors 905 Game Presentation team, you will be responsible for the delivery of championship service to ensure every fan has a memorable experience. You will execute on-court activities and in-arena promotions at all Raptors 905 home games at Paramount Fine Foods Centre and various events as required.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead by example and provide ongoing coaching/training/motivation to the Game Crew team.
- Determine and implement effective Game Crew deployment
- Select contestants for on-court/in-stand contests and promotions
- Ensure contestants clearly understand and are prepared to participate in the promotion and/or activity
- Explain contestant waivers and ensure accurate completion
- Ensure adherence by fans and employees to MLSE policies and procedures including Health & Safety
- Set up, execute and tear down all pre-game, halftime and post-game promotions (signage, props, etc.)
- Assist with preparation and organization of all giveaways at Raptors 905 games
- Coordinate and prepare all promotions per the game script and ensure execution within the designated time frame
- Communicate positively and professionally with all MLSE staff and fans
- Other duties as the need arises

- Upbeat, creative, dedicated, personable and reliable
- Flexible to work weekday shifts as early as 5:00pm, and weekends and holidays during the day and evening
- Available to work a minimum of 20 Raptors 905 home games, possible playoff games, special events, and scheduled rehearsals
- Enthusiastic team player who enjoys interaction with fans of all ages
- Must have a solid knowledge of the game of basketball
- Able to take direction and show initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Work with passion and professionalism always
- A championship-winning attitude
