Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist with Electrical Contractor duties such as scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries and concerns.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize MS Excel for basic spreadsheet tasks.
- Grow and manage Social Media accounts.
- Manage Google ads and Analytics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an office setting with proficiency in phone etiquette and customer service.
- Familiarity with Facebook and Google Ads creation and management.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or as an assistant in an office is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Word, Windows, Excel or willingness to learn is beneficial.
