- Proactively **identify client needs and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling** value-added services.
- Address and resolve client concerns **promptly and professionally**, ensuring a positive client experience and building long-term relationships.
- Gather client feedback post-sale to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the continuous enhancement of the client experience and sales process.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably within the **construction or renovation industry**.
- Proficient in using CRM platforms (experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Flexible to attend in-person meetings/events when required (evenings or weekends on occasion).
- Fluent in **English** (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset.

- A collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Opportunity to grow within a dynamic and expanding company.
- Hybrid work model to promote work-life balance.
- Participation in exciting renovation and construction projects.
