Client Services Specialist

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time **Client Services Specialist **who will utilize their exceptional client engagement and analytical skills to deliver an unparalleled client success experience in their use of our software.
The duties and responsibilities of the Client Services Specialist include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Processing and responding to client inquiries or requests, including quotes, invoices, etc.
- Processing software licensing requests including software license activations, upgrades, co-terms, etc.
- Providing answers to pre-sales technical questions, including responding to RFPs, technical questionnaires, etc.
- Creating and developing demonstration and training videos that illustrate and explain our software features
- Assisting with and participating in client presentations by demonstrating some high-level features of our software through remote meetings
- Assisting with marketing team on marketing campaign follow-up and reporting
- Contributing to the creation and maintenance of client services support tools to ensure effective client communications across the organization e.g. flow charts, scorecards, checklists, operation procedures, profile sheets, revenue tracker, etc.
- Coordinating and facilitating client trainings
- Training new staff as needed
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification
- 3+ years of previous software sales, account management, customer success or relevant experience in the technology industry
- Experience in using a software program to manage client engagements
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Strong presentation skills
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced team environment
- A self-motivated personality with a positive attitude
- Creative, and friendly personality
- Knowledge of software licensing is an asset

**Salary**: $52,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
