Client Programs Specialist

**Job Summary**
Bridging the gap between Sales and Service, the Programs Specialist will oversee the onboarding process of integrating vehicles with our cloud-based Acetech platform. This includes all professional services related to the successful integration and uptake of ACETECH’s solutions. The Programs Specialist will support in the successful introduction and implementation of ACETECH’s new solutions being introduced to the Canadian marketplace including Fleet Intelligence, Business Intelligence, Connect Lite and Safety Intelligence using cameras. In addition to supporting new clients onboard our solutions, you will work with existing clients to help them better leverage our tools and integrate our solutions into their operations. This role requires a balance of technical knowledge, EMS fleet management, project management and implementation skills, and customer relationship management.
**Key Responsibilities Project Coordination and Management**
- Plan, execute, and monitor customer programs from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to client driven timelines and budget and quality standards.
- Ensure established client driven project plans, timelines and resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across different departments to facilitate clear communication, alignment on objectives, and task management.
**Client Support and Relationship Management**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during product implementation, ensuring their requirements are met and addressing any concerns.
- Conduct regular status updates with customers, preparing reports and presentations as needed.
- Contract Management and work with all clients to ensure proper SLA and contractual agreements are in place
**Data Analysis and Reporting**
- Collect, analyses, and interpret data from connected systems to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Generate and deliver regular performance and progress reports to stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement in system performance or program execution.
**Process Improvement**
- Identify opportunities to improve program processes and enhance customer experience.
- Contribute to the development of best practices, methodologies, and tools for installation program management.
**Cross-functional Collaboration**
- Work closely with Acetech Teams to develop and enhance all Acetech products and services based on customer feedback and industry demands as per set standards.
- Support sales and business development teams by providing user-based expertise during customer pitches and proposal creation.
**Qualifications**
- Experienced in EMS services and an understanding of EMS fleet management, logistics, or vehicle tracking systems.
- Understanding of automotive or industrial control systems and protocols.
- Familiarity with telematics platforms, control systems, IoT solutions, and related technologies. Experience with data analysis and proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Excel, SQL, or telematics software).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
- Negotiation and contracts management
- Ability to travel as required for customer meetings.
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
