**Program Specialist**

**Summary**

As a Program Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing projects that enhance our product offerings and customer experiences, providing advanced fleet management solutions specifically designed for emergency vehicles. Our mission is to enhance the performance, safety, and efficiency of emergency fleets through innovative technology and exceptional service.

Bridging the gap between Sales and Service, the Program Specialist will oversee the end-to-end process of integrating vehicles with our cloud-based Acetech platform. This includes managing installation, connectivity and activation of any combination of some or all Acetech’s hardware components, including control panels, touch screen displays, solar panels, RFID systems and in-vehicle cameras, and onboarding customers to the Acetech platform. This role requires a balance of technical knowledge, project management skills, and customer relationship management.

**Key Responsibilities Project Coordination and Management**
- Plan, execute, and monitor customer programs from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across different departments to facilitate clear communication, alignment on objectives, and task management.

**Client Support and Relationship Management**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during program implementation, ensuring their requirements are met and addressing any concerns.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise on telematics and control solutions, assisting customers in maximizing the value of their telematics systems.
- Conduct regular status updates with customers, preparing reports and presentations as needed.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from connected systems to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Generate and deliver regular performance and progress reports to stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement in system performance or program execution.

**Process Improvement**
- Identify opportunities to improve program processes and enhance customer experience.
- Contribute to the development of best practices, methodologies, and tools for installation program management.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**
- Work closely with Customer Service Delivery Manager to develop and enhance all Acetech products and services based on customer feedback and industry demands as per set standards.
- Support sales and business development teams by providing technical expertise during customer pitches and proposal creation.

**Qualifications**
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with telematics platforms, control systems, IoT solutions, and related technologies. Experience with data analysis and proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Excel, SQL, or telematics software).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with fleet management, logistics, or vehicle tracking systems.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and data analytics tools.
- Understanding of automotive or industrial control systems and protocols.

Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Oakville, ON
